Toasted Avocado Sandwich

Avocados are incredibly nutritious; they contain more Potassium than Bananas. Avocados are loaded with Heart-Healthy Mono-unsaturated Fatty Acids and Fiber.

Exodus 23:25 - And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.

Ingredients

2 Slice of your favorite whole grain bread

¼ Avocado

1 medium tomato

¼ medium red or yellow onion

¼ sweet pepper / bell pepper (any color of your choice)

¼ Tsp Salt

¼ Tsp black pepper

¼ Tsp Red chili flakes

¼ Tsp lemon juice

Directions

Add Avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork, mash to you preference smooth or chunky

Add cut veggies (tomatoes, onion, sweet peppers)

Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes and lemon juice and mix all together

Add 2 slice of bread to your toaster or grill pan and toast until golden brown

Add Avocado spread and serve with a simple toss salad
